Carl N. Weiner (’81) recognized on the Best Lawyers in America 2019 list

The law firm of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys are included in just released Best Lawyers in America© 2019.

Steven H. Lupin was included for Commercial Litigation law, and J. Edmund Mullin and Carl N. Weiner (’81) were included for Land Use and Zoning Law.

Carl N. Weiner co-chairs the Real Estate Group of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin. For over two decades, he has handled an enormous array of real estate law matters for Delaware Valley clients, ranging from zoning and land development to real-estate financing and acquisition. He is widely regarded as one of the area’s leading attorneys in association law, based on his work in the development of over 100 condominium and homeowners’ associations and ongoing representation of numerous associations. Carl acquired his extensive experience in zoning litigation from numerous successful appearances before zoning hearing boards and appellate arguments. A frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Community Associations Institute and the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA), Carl is a past Chairman of the MBA’s Specialization Committee and Real Estate Land Use Committee. He is also a past President of the Pennsylvania/Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. Carl is past President of the Montgomery County Big Brothers/Big Sisters Association. Since 2009, Carl has served multiple terms as Chair of the Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee of the Community Associations Institute. Before joining the firm in 1984, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable Stanley M. Greenberg of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. A graduate of Boston University School of Law in 1981, Carl received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1978.
