Jeff Groshek (LLM’06) rejoins Hinckley Allen as partner

Jeff Groshek (LLM’06) served as a partner at Gesmer Updegrove LLP before joining Hinckley Allen on March 8. Groshek previously worked for Hinckley Allen as associate from 2003 through 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in domestic and international tax planning, structuring, corporate transactions and partnership formations.
