Michael J. Rugnetta (’13) joins Weber Gallagher’s Medical Malpractice Group

Philadelphia, PA- July 2, 2019– Richard P. Santosusso and Michael J. Rugnetta (’13) joined Weber Gallagher as associates in the Medical Malpractice Group and will be based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Before joining Weber Gallagher, Rugnetta worked for a Philadelphia firm doing litigation defense work.  Before that, he worked for two years in Harrisburg at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the Bureau of Consumer Protection, where he oversaw investigations, litigated cases, and worked on multistate litigation with other states.  Prior to that, he worked in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Angelo J. Foglietta. Rugnetta also interned for the Honorable C. Darnell Jones of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D. in 2033 from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. in 2007 from the University of Pennsylvania.  He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
