Chairman Appoints Patricia M. French (’88) as New Administrative Law Judge
Patricia M. French (’88) has been appointed as a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Administrative Law Judge. Since October 2016, Judge French has been an Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Prior to that, she was an energy regulatory salaried shareholder in Bernstein Shur Sawyer & Nelson LLC’s Energy and Environmental Practice Group, representing clients before state public utilities commissions in New England in proceedings related to retail natural gas markets and the siting of natural gas infrastructure
