Professors Linda McClain and James Fleming with speak on the “Constitutional Law and Adjudication” panel at 12pm EST on January 25, 2023. This panel will be held virtually, and is sponsored by the University of Luxembourg. 

This seminar is one in a series of three to mark the publication of Constitutional Essentials by Frank Michelman, emeritus Harvard Law professor/con law and jurisprudence scholar. Constitutional Essentials, in Professor Michelman’s own words, “comprises a study of the rise and workings, within the Rawlsian political-liberal philosophy, of the idea of a country’s higher-legal constitution as a public platform for the justification of political coercion.” It is scheduled to appear with Oxford University Press this coming fall.
