In previous roles, Natalie was the 用户体验 Librarian at Syracuse University Libraries and served as a part-time adjunct at SU’s School of Information Studies, where they taught undergraduate curriculum courses related to Human-Computer Interaction (IST 349, Spring 2020) and Human-Centered Design (IST 341, Fall 2022).
