Congratulations to 2020 MSE Innovation Grant Recipient and CMTM Member Professor Michael Albro

Professor Michael Albro and his lab were recently awarded the 2020 Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) Innovation Grant for their project, “Hypodermic Needle-Based Raman Spectroscopy for Early-Stage Osteoarthritis Diagnostics.”  The MSE Innovation Grant program encourages big-impact projects that are based on new discipline ideas or paradigms in materials science, and provides $100,000 in project support over two years.
