Kate Flewelling
Director, Library Services, BU Medical Campus
I was a first generation graduate student. As a remote student with multiple invisible disabilities, I often felt isolated and without a place to turn. I want to be an advocate for other first gen students, especially on the medical campus. As director of the Alumni Medical Library, I want students to know that librarians can be partners in their success.
