Associate Professor Paula Quatromoni Named 2016 Outstanding Dietetics Educator

The Nutrition and Dietetic Educators and Preceptors (NDEP) Area 7 DPD Outstanding Dietetics Educator Award recognizes the teaching, mentoring, and leadership activities of faculty in ACEND-accredited dietetics education programs.

Quatromoni was selected for demonstrating excellence in dietetics education and the highest standards of leadership and innovation.

The award will be presented at the Area 7 NDEP spring meeting in Buffalo, N.Y. Thursday, April 21.
