Webinar, 2/11: “Talking With Your Teen About Marijuana”

“Separating Fact From Fiction: Talking With Your Teen About Marijuana” is a virtual workshop designed for parents of teenagers and pre-adolescents. Taught by BU School of Social Work lecturer Rick Cresta, participants will learn strategies for engaging their children in conversations about marijuana use and its effects without prompting defensive reactions.

This workshop is hosted by BU’s School of Social Work and co-sponsored and funded by the Falmouth Commission on Substance Use and Gosnold Treatment Centers. 

SPEAKER

Rick Cresta, LICSW is a faculty member at Boston University’s School of Social Work. Cresta works with court-involved youth in private practice and is a trainer and consultant for DCF, DYS, DPH and others.
