Lewis Frederick Havermale

Lewis Frederick Havermale was from Canton, Illinois. He graduated from Upper Iowa Unviersity, where he was a member of a literary society, male quartet, and the debate team, and he was president of the Y.M.C.A. and his class in 1905.
