I was born in the Dominican Republic. God called me to the pastoral ministry when I was a teenager. When I finished high school, I started taking courses in theology at the Seminary of the Dominican Evangelical Church. At the same time, I was a full-time student at Santo Domingo Autonomous University, where I was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My move to the U.S. in 2002 curtailed my studies. In 2010, I earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree at Harvard University Extension School. In 2013, I received a Master of Divinity degree from Boston University School of Theology (BUSTH). While I was a student at BUSTH. I served as a pastor at the United Methodist Mission La Restauracion in Springfield, MA. During this time, I also became the first president the students association for Latino students—Raices Latinas.I have been serving as the solo pastor of First United ! Methodist Church of Manchester, NH since 2013 and was ordained in June 2016. I would love to mentor students, particularly those exploring or discerning their call to ministry and/or are candidates to the pastoral or ordained ministry.
