Description of Impact

A) Impact Statement:
    Users may be unable to access their mailboxes using any connection method. This is affecting multiple platforms and connection types across the University email infrastructure.
B) Affected Services:
    Impacted connection methods include, but may not be limited to:
    - Outlook.com web interface
    - Outlook Mobile applications
    - Outlook desktop client
    - Other email client connections

Current Status

IS&T teams have identified the cause of the incident and are investigating with the vendor. Next Update: 04:30pm
