A) Impact Statement:
    Users may be unable to access their mailboxes using any connection method. This is affecting multiple platforms and connection types across the University email infrastructure.
B) Affected Services:
    Impacted connection methods include, but may not be limited to:
    – Outlook.com web interface
    – Outlook Mobile applications
    – Outlook desktop client
    – Other email client connections

Incident Description and Resolution

Microsoft has pushed a configuration change and confirmed the incident is resolved and the service is healthy. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
