An Intriguing Summer Topic
The summer 1 course, Eating and Drinking in the Ancient World, taught by Josh Robinson, a CAS lecturer of archaeology, is a survey of the archaeological evidence of human diets, from the earliest societies to the present. The class puts emphasis on what the remains of plants, animals, and humans can tell us about ancient food and drink. June 16 photo by Jackie Ricciardi
