Cadets from BU's three ROTC programs (Air Force, Army, and Navy) will come together to march constantly (in 15-minute shifts) from 6:00a until 1:00p. A section of the ceremony on the 11th hour is a moment of silence to celebrate Armistice Day, which will take place during the marching. At 1:00p, there will be a closing ceremony, including a speaker and a trick rifle routine, performed by the Air Force ROTC's Phantom Armed Drill Team. This tri-service event takes place in front of Boston University's Marsh Chapel, is hosted by the Air Force ROTC's Arnold Air Society, and supports POW/MIA awareness by giving cadets a chance to honor our veterans. |
